From what the news is saying a highway pot hole repair worker noticed the plane coming in low and stopped traffic on the North bound side allowing the plane to land relatively safely. The landing gear collapsed but other than that the plane didn't break up or go on fire. The three passengers are OK. They were all taken to a local hospital, 2 were released late last night and the third stayed overnight for observation. I suspect that 3rd passenger banged their head harder than the other two and they were looking out for a concussion.
Though after the plane landed they closed the highway causing some major backups!
