Oh hoho! How exciting!
From what I've read the fan club members for each Takarazuka star will buy the 'better' seats in advance but you can still find tickets on Yahoo Japan auctions and I also believe you can also buy tickets at the ticket booth the day of the show.
I'm going to give you some links to help you out b/c a) I'm not absolutely sure how to obtain tickets since I've never had to and b) people from the US have done it before so their example and advice is best!

First off here is the Performance Schedule for the theatres (they have more than one).

If you can I would say try and get tickets for Elisabeth, it was originally a German musical and has been performed by the various Takarazuka troupes for the past 13 years. From the few shows I have seen this one is fantastic and I believe a great one to get you used to the Takarazuka experience!

Ok, here's a link to the wiki again with information on how to get tickets.

The website is also great detailing the behavior of the fans and some the history. When you start looking into Takarazuka there are some weird rituals. lol.

And finally I'm going to send you off to the Takarazuka LJ community. That's where you'll be able to ask more specific questions and from what I've seen they are very nice helping people out!

Hope this helps! If you go make sure to tell me all about it!!
