Yeah, it's a 1980's fantasy film. I don't think it's as hardcore as Labyrinth or Legend but I wouldn't know since I haven't seen any of them. Though I do know that Matthew Broderick is in Ladyhawke which is worth a watch just because of that fact alone.
Egads! You need to see them! Call your local rental place... both of them came out on DVD in the last three years or so. While you're at it, look for The Dark Crystal too. ;)
