The building I'm in is listed as a commercial building. According to Yonkers law any commercial building must pay for a dumpster through a private garbage company. Every time we call for a garbage pickup it costs us $50. That's why my mom always gets pissed at people who dump their trash in our dumpster, more pickups, more money from our savings used.
Naturally the logical thing would be to move it ... if the entire street wasn't full of commercial building with their own dumpsters. Also it's very hard to disguise the fact I'm trying to get rid of 2 office desks, a bar stool, a small television set, a box of stereo wires, and a baby chair.
