When ever I play games on my laptop, either by myself or with the boyfriend, we always have either something history, space, or nature related playing in the background.
Any sites you'd recommend? For actual photos of space taken by NASA or other government agencies, US or otherwise I mean.
Apod is definitely the place for a lot of space photos. I think if you browse around the NASA site you can find a good bit of stuff. I also LOVE the space race and have some websites on the mission patched made for the Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo missions. There may be a website out there for Hubble photos? Not sure about that. Apod usually is the best of the best. Don't know too much about other country's space photos.
I secretly want them for my desktop bg and to make icons. Can't google this stuff though because you run into a lot of people's art and it's just not cool to randomly steal people's space art for icons.
