We won both games today! I love my boss. It's really hard to say no to him when he gets sad thinking that you don't want to come to baseball. Good thing I love baseball, and the Yankees. XD
Speaking of which, he tried to drag me to tonight's game, but I wasn't feeling well due to inhaling too much second hand smoke yesterday (ironically the guy I got a ride with didn't actually smoke in the car but the cigarettes were infused in the fabric and the AC filters which were on full blast in my face giving me a sore throat and stuffy nose), so I declined. I knew if the Yankees lost I'd be blamed for not going as the cause of the loss (he's very sports superstitious) Fortunately they won.
I hear you on the cigarette smoke induced illness. That was one thing I did NOT like about Europe at all, and the kids, bless them, didn't either. It meant we got to have the cigarettes are bad for you conversation pretty early on, lol.
And \o/ for another Yankee win, even in your absence. It does mean that in future you can point to that game and say, "See, they can win without me there!", in case you can't make it to a game and they lose. :D
