Panini

I think I should start having a few random entries for panini recipies, assuming people have a panini maker ... anywho YUM!

This week I'll start off with what I just made myself

Turkey on Raisen Bread
-2 slices of cinnamon raisin bread
-mayonnaise
-a few pieces of turkey (I made mine with fresh pieces from the bird we had yesterday, but I'm sure you can use sliced turkey)
-1 slice of cheddar cheese

Spread mayo on one slice of bread.
Add turkey on top so it covers all mayo.
Put the cheese over the turkey.
Cover with other slice of bread.

Put the sandwich in the panini maker and cook until golden brown and cheese is melted.  I normally cook mine until the light on my panini maker goes out, it's nice to have a machine that has the perfect amount of cooking time ^_^

I think we should be officially inducted into the oil painting class already. I'm pretty sure we're there more than some of the actual students.

Technically, not being enrolled or appearing on the attendance sheet means you're not. XP
I think you're definitely in the running for laziest person I know. Keep working on it. (Oh irony!)

Oh Steph, I adore you. Now, to curb my boredom, I don't have 2 rely on surveys on LJ. Now I can go bake Turkey Raisen Bread!
