The pics looked like food to me and the baggy one wasn't at all gross. I would like to actually see the shapes, it just looked like a mashup of flesh and blood. Would I eat it, no. That's because I just don't care for penis or testicle of any animal. I think people just get freaked out because it's from a human. But I'm pretty sure if you showed the pics to someone who didn't know the context, it wouldn't trigger.
